Un hotel súper bonito y agradable, el servicio muy bien y las vistas muy bonitas, la alberca súper y no cabe duda que el río mejor, ya q te puedes meter, yo les recomiendo que si van a un tour vayan con un joven llamado Omar locatario de ahí
El hotel está muy bonito pero considero que les falta darle mantenimiento a las habitaciones, tarda un poco en salir el agua caliente, NO llega el internet a las habitaciones y las habitaciones huelen a caño y la habitación no tiene TV

Enjoyed our stay receptionist was very helpful. I stayed here for 5 nights Clean rooms everyday. Great food. Pool is nice and warm they clean it everyday. Peaceful and quite place.
The only reason 4 stars for rooms was because there is no mini fridge for beverages, but hotel staff were kind enough to accommodate us with kitchen fridge for our lil ones milk.
Booked two rooms for three nights at this secluded location. It’s exactly what we were looking for to relax and unwind and we really enjoyed our stay. The reservation process was a little messy with whatsapp messages back and forth. They sent me instructions to deposit 50% to their bancomer account which sounded a little weird, I ended up just taking a chance and showing up onsite the day of. Access to the property is through a rough road but it’s doable even in a small car. The rooms are decent, very clean. The property is very well maintained by the groundskeepers. You see them out every morning doing their thing. They do have a restaurant with either a buffet or menu for breakfast, depending on the occupancy. We tried both on different mornings and they were both good. I do recommend this place, even over cd valles, not only for their amazing views but also their convenient proximity to a lot of really nice waterfalls.
No real issue with it.. Nice beach chilled out environment and good food selection, 4 pools for kids to play with, there is a small gym (never used it tough), 2 restaurant a snack bar and a cocktail kiosk. Some thematic evenings for entertainment too.. Would go back. Rooms are nice and tidy
El lugar es lindo, me hospede 2 noches, el wifi inservible, se complica mucho poder usar celular, las habitaciones estan bien pero podrían mejorar, se estan enfocando mucho en áreas verdes y albercas qué estan increíbles, un dia salí y regrese a las 12:40 de la mañana y estaba el portón cerrado, me tuve que regresar a la carretera para poder tener señal y poder hablarles para que fueran a abrirme, prohíben muchas cosas, y las cosas que ponen en la habitación si las dañas tienen un costo excesivo, sabana matrimonial 2200 y cosas asi, hay una rivera de río, pero es un poco complicado entrar y no hay nadie que te guíe para hacerlo, a mi me costo $1800 x noche para 2 personas, el servicio es muy bueno, e hotel esta bonito en alberca,habitaciones equis, podrían mejorar su Internet y para todo tienes que pedir permiso y pagar extra, hay dos bohios y si quieres usarlos pedirlos con anticipación y te cobraran por el uso, otra cosa que no entiendo es por que no tienen restaurante por la tarde, te dan un menú de unas pizzas y hamburguesas que estan todas feas y su restaurante ahi parado muy mal en eso
